Teroa said I like this mod, but one thing still won’t work. The spit animation is still normal, although everything else is perfect – aside from the delay between clicking the buttons and my creature attacking which does not happen with socialize buttons – yes I have tested the socialize part and it works normally – just as long as you haven’t killed another of the species near them, in which case they all run off in fear. Please reply, ‘cuz I cannot use Sporemaster to fix the mod, as my.NET Framework is outta date & I do NOT want to download the newest one (200/300+ mb) on a dial-up connection, which is all I have.
For those of you following E3's PC Gaming show, you may have noticed a new game that shares some striking similarities to a popular Skyrim mod. Nick (TheModernStoryteller) has kindly taken the time out after his E3 debut to tell us a little bit about his new game and how he made it from.
Yeah, sorry, I'm not sure I can help. EA did there damnest to make Spore unmoddable (they wanted to sell DLC). But a few modders managed to create some stuff anyway. And with each patch EA put out, they made sure to break every mod. So the version number became critical for knowing which mods would work with which version. A lot of modders gave up pretty quick. Don't actually remember for sure when Epic was last updated though.
I'm actually surprised you found a link to it. But I agree Mediafire isn't the most trustable provider.
A few people here have reported AV alerts when trying to install some Spore mods. Not sure what sources they were using. I've stopped looking for mods and providing links because of it. If you can find contact information for the original creator of the mod, that'd probably be your best bet.
Unfortunately, I have no clue who that was.
